Support pre-sales lifecycle for Infoblox solutions: conduct technical discovery, deliver demos, run and support POC/POV engagements, respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop solution documentation, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate technical analysis and sales outcomes while building expertise in DDI, DNS security, and cloud networking.

Lead end-to-end corporate, M&A and securities legal matters for a public technology company: advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, governance, SEC reporting, disclosure controls, equity compensation, and subsidiary management. Serve as primary legal advisor on complex cross-border transactions, manage outside counsel, partner with Finance/Tax/HR/Product, and engage C-suite and Board-level stakeholders to align legal strategy with corporate development objectives.

Hands-on technical leader designing and building high-performance NIOS application and dataplane services in C, Python, and Go. Owns system architecture, persistence layers (Berkeley DB, LMDB, RocksDB, PostgreSQL), performance profiling, OS startup/upgrade safety, networking/packet-processing optimizations, observability (OpenTelemetry, SNMP), and developer experience improvements. Mentors teams and drives cross-functional design and rollout at scale.
