Build, configure, and optimize AI-powered agents, workflows, and conversational experiences for HR and workplace systems. Implement end-to-end use cases, integrate enterprise systems, ensure privacy/security compliance, monitor quality metrics, and create reusable templates and documentation while collaborating with global People & Places, IT, and Security teams.

Drive revenue and new business for Infoblox security solutions across enterprise accounts. Partner with account executives and regional leaders on account strategy, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept delivery, security assessments, and deal closure. Advise customers on cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and DNS security, while serving as a technical thought leader through workshops, events, enablement, and executive engagement. Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and solution architecture teams to improve offerings and develop customer solutions.

Provide remote technical support to enterprise customers and partners by troubleshooting DDI, networking, and product-related issues. Own cases through resolution, communicate clearly, document solutions, perform lab validation, and collaborate with Engineering on complex issues and outages. Use AI-assisted support tools to accelerate diagnostics and improve knowledge resources. Participate in 24x7x365 rotational shifts, including weekends and on-call duties, while developing expertise across Infoblox products.
