Support onboarding and activation processes for customers and partners: account and product activation, email domain setup, number ordering, user account and billing maintenance, Salesforce updates, and administrative tasks while identifying process improvements.

Lead onboarding and implementation of AgentOS and Infobip SaaS/AI solutions; act as product SME and liaison; drive adoption, expansion, training, analytics-led consulting, and track KPIs to deliver measurable customer value.
