Respond to inbound leads quickly, qualify prospects via calls and chat, route and enrich leads, set high-quality meetings for Account Executives, maintain Salesforce data, collaborate with Marketing, and continuously learn Infobip products.

Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts using email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital channels. Research accounts and stakeholders, generate qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate data in Salesforce and outreach platforms, and leverage AI and automation to improve productivity. Collaborate with regional sales teams and follow qualification standards and outreach best practices while continuously learning Infobip products and use cases.

Serve as the technical liaison for customers, designing and delivering Infobip integrations and solutions. Run demos, POCs, and enablement; collect requirements; produce technical documentation; handle security questionnaires; manage projects to ensure timely, in-scope delivery and high customer satisfaction.
