Onsite Technical Project Manager responsible for representing InfoBeans at the client site, managing offshore delivery teams, streamlining priorities, and ensuring service delivery. Requires 10+ years in software development with hands-on technology and project management experience, a Java and big data background, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and US work authorization. Reports to the US-based client relationship director.

Manage end-to-end Workday HCM projects, troubleshoot case management tickets, translate HR requirements into configuration, handle Workday updates and testing, maintain SOPs and configuration documentation, create training materials, and perform mass data updates using EIBs.

Drive outbound sales, manage lead intake and pipeline, engage existing customers, present services, build C-level relationships, and evolve go-to-market strategy to grow revenue.
