Develop Power BI data models, dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power Query, SQL, and DAX. Prepare and transform datasets, design relational and star schemas, define KPIs, and translate business needs into reporting solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA testers, trainers, and production support teams. Build and customize Power Pages websites with forms, permissions, authentication, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and contribute to the CT-KIND Child Welfare Information System. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture, Apex and web development, integrations, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, application support, and collaboration with a system integrator. The role requires participation throughout the SDLC, independent problem-solving, strong communication, and mentoring junior developers.

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and support the CT-KIND system through requirements, design, Apex and Lightning development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support. Collaborate with system integrators, participate across the SDLC, integrate applications, and ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing module maintenance.
