Mentor engineers, design control hardware/software, integrate DDC/JACE systems, support Rockwell FactoryTalk platforms and SIL2 I/O, specify instrumentation, perform testing/troubleshooting, and coordinate vendor system integrations and installations.

Own customer relationships for managed services accounts, ensure service commitments and renewals, coordinate incident response and RCA processes, manage resource planning and reporting, conduct customer reviews, and drive continuous improvement and upsell opportunities while mentoring team members and maintaining support documentation and runbooks.
