Lead design, development, and integration of PLC/SCADA-based control systems for building and lab automation (including BSL labs). Mentor engineers, design control hardware/software, integrate DDC/JACE systems, support Rockwell FactoryTalk platforms and SIL2 I/O, specify instrumentation, perform testing/troubleshooting, and coordinate vendor system integrations and installations.

Lead delivery of complex industrial automation and systems integration projects (including biosafety labs). Manage Rockwell/FactoryTalk/ControlLogix environments, subcontractors (electrical, mechanical/pneumatic, HVAC controls), vendors, GCs, schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Develop roadmaps, resolve technical issues, and improve program processes. Travel to customer sites (~40%).
