Design, build, evaluate, deploy, and operate production AI systems using LLMs, retrieval, agents, predictive ML, and model adaptation. Translate ambiguous business problems into reliable system behavior, establish evaluation and monitoring practices, troubleshoot complex failures, and improve AI-enabled product, engineering, and operational workflows. Collaborate across architecture, platform, security, data, quality, product, and domain teams while mentoring engineers and owning systems through continuous improvement.

Build and own end-to-end features for a multi-tenant B2B subscription commerce platform. Responsibilities include designing scalable services, writing clean and tested C# and .NET code, managing technical debt, conducting code reviews, implementing observability, supporting production releases, and collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile Scrum environment.

Own and improve Infiterra’s internal IT environment, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, identity and access management, employee onboarding and offboarding, endpoint and device management, SaaS administration, internal support, automation, security controls, asset management, and audit readiness. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, standardized, and increasingly automated corporate IT services.
