Own and improve Infiterra’s internal IT environment, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, identity and access management, employee onboarding and offboarding, endpoint and device management, SaaS administration, internal support, automation, security controls, asset management, and audit readiness. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, standardized, and increasingly automated corporate IT services.

Develop and maintain scalable .NET web applications for a multi-tenant subscription commerce platform. Own features across architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation. Optimize SQL Server interactions, uphold clean-code and design-pattern standards, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot and refactor legacy systems, and ensure reliability against service-level objectives. Collaborate with product, business analysis, QA, and DevOps teams while mentoring engineers and sharing technical expertise.

Lead post-sale onboarding and implementations for global B2B customers. Act as technical SME and project manager, handle configuration and training, manage account health, escalations, hyper-care, and drive adoption, optimization, and expansion.
