Own the Secrets Management product strategy and roadmap, partnering with founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and customers. Define product priorities, metrics, analytics, pricing, and packaging; translate customer insights into improvements; and support product launches and go-to-market messaging. The role requires strong technical judgment, familiarity with developer infrastructure, independent execution, and hands-on engagement with technical and product challenges.

Lead 10–12 engineers across secrets and certificate management teams. Own delivery, hiring, performance management, technical direction, reliability, engineering quality, customer collaboration, and process improvement. Remain technically involved through code and design reviews while guiding architecture, security, observability, incident response, and operational excellence across cloud, self-hosted, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments.

Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive company priorities, manage operating cadence, coordinate meetings and events, conduct business analyses and market research, improve processes with AI tools, support office operations, and handle confidential and urgent tasks. The role spans engineering, sales, marketing, and operations while helping scale the company.
