Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing commercial software features, resolving bugs, maintaining code quality, guiding Agile development practices, mentoring junior developers, and evaluating technologies that improve productivity and product quality. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates U.S. and international SaaS, cloud, software licensing, services, reseller, and OEM agreements. Advises business teams on commercial risk, licensing, privacy, security, and regulatory matters. Develops contract templates and negotiation playbooks, partners with Sales and cross-functional teams, manages external counsel, monitors legal developments, and supports training and process improvement.

Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and backend services for enterprise order management and supply chain applications. Design scalable, reliable, secure, and configurable product capabilities; troubleshoot production issues; write tested code; participate in reviews; and collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity.
