Delivers daily, weekly, and month-end customer reporting while maintaining solution components, validating data, and resolving reporting issues. Analyzes complex datasets, supports customer implementations, and improves reporting efficiency using Excel, Access, SQL, and the Infios FAP Portal. Collaborates with Operations, Product, Implementations, Commercial teams, and customers to provide accurate, data-driven outputs and document scalable processes.

Administer and support large, cloud-hosted databases across AWS, OCI, Azure, and virtual machines. Responsibilities include database operations, backups, performance tuning, patching, monitoring, user and storage management, data loading, documentation, architecture planning, and project support. The role collaborates with development and infrastructure teams, supports customers, and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend coverage.

Leads complex North American enterprise transactions from deal strategy through approval, contracting, signature, and booking readiness. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Product, Services, Security, and Operations on pricing, negotiations, commercial terms, financial analysis, and revenue requirements. Oversees contract lifecycle management, governance, approvals, CRM/CPQ alignment, process improvements, reporting, and automation while supporting global Deal Desk operations and APAC transactions.
