Manages the healthcare revenue cycle from eligibility verification and demographic validation through claim submission, edit resolution, denial management, appeals, AR follow-up, and final account resolution. Works directly in EHR, PMS, billing systems, Medicare and Medicaid portals, and payer platforms. Responsibilities include resolving underpayments, interpreting claim edits and payer policies, analyzing denial trends, submitting corrected claims and appeals, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Processes and follows up on insurance claims through payment resolution, including Medicaid and Medicare billing. Verifies patient insurance information, submits and resubmits claims, handles payer correspondence, resolves billing and collection issues, assists patients with billing questions, collects balances, and maintains records for audits.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and delivery for mid-cycle and backend RCM solutions (coding, billing, payment posting, AR/denials, analytics). Build and manage product teams, partner with global engineering and data teams, translate customer needs into requirements, and drive AI/automation-enabled innovations to improve RCM efficiency and financial outcomes.
