Processes insurance claims from submission through payment resolution, including Medicaid and Medicare billing, claim follow-up, resubmissions, and denial resolution. Enters and verifies patient insurance information, responds to payer correspondence, assists patients with billing and collections, and maintains documentation for audits. The role may manage multiple client accounts independently or collaboratively.

Manage end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including billing, collections, denial management, revenue issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration, performance reporting, and adherence to revenue cycle best practices. The role requires accounts receivable or revenue cycle expertise, knowledge of coding and reimbursement methodologies, Cerner experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a remote position with hourly compensation and benefits.

Supports sales and customer success enablement through onboarding curricula, training delivery, sales collateral, RFI/RFP responses, demo environments, and content management. Translates healthcare revenue cycle concepts into persuasive client-ready materials, maintains enablement libraries, trains teams on products and tools, and identifies AI and automation opportunities. The role requires strong writing, healthcare RCM knowledge, project management, and comfort with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and enablement tools.
