Work may include online support, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and assignments across Autism, BD, ILC, SED, Homebound, DHH, and Transition programs.

Prepare materials, assist licensed staff with assessments and documentation, and work one-on-one or in small groups across multiple special education programs.

Provide one-on-one and small-group instructional and behavioral support to students with severe special education needs. Support online learning, prepare materials, and help students access remote instruction. Maintain safety, confidentiality, and a hygienic environment.

May work with behaviorally challenging children. Requires background check and minimum testing or college-credit qualification.

Provide targeted math instruction and interventions for elementary students, design individualized lessons, assess progress, collaborate with classroom teachers and families, maintain documentation, and participate in school professional activities to improve student outcomes.

Assist classroom teachers by supporting individual and small-group instruction, preparing materials, monitoring and reinforcing student behavior, performing clerical tasks, supervising activities and field trips, and recording student progress. May work with behaviorally challenging students and perform light physical tasks.

Assist the program director to plan and implement before- and after-school childcare programming. Supervise and engage students, ensure safety and licensing compliance, communicate with families and staff, support lesson planning, maintain supplies and equipment, and participate in training and program outreach.

Provide clerical and reception support (data entry, copying, filing, inventory, ordering supplies), assist teachers with preparing learning materials and testing, monitor and assist students during activities, maintain program files and draft communications, and support resource technicians. Perform daily data entry and occasional travel between district sites.

Provide active supervision and support for students in the school-based before- and after-school childcare program. Assist director, participate in activities, maintain safety, enforce discipline policies, communicate with parents and staff, support equipment and program quality, complete required training and certifications.
