Build and deploy production software directly with customers in regulated environments. Responsibilities span workflow discovery, frontend and backend development, data, integrations, testing, deployment, customer demonstrations, and productization. The role requires translating ambiguous operational problems into safe, reusable product capabilities while documenting evidence, risks, and uncertainties. Engineers collaborate closely with operators and product teams, working across AI systems, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and auditability in a remote-first environment.

Design and deliver modern data platforms, scalable and secure ingestion and transformation pipelines, durable data models, streaming systems, and reporting layers. Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture, explain tradeoffs, and own delivery outcomes. The role includes production implementation across cloud data platforms, orchestration, governance, real-time technologies, and analytics or AI data consumption.

Own the full client lifecycle for AI engagements: sell through live-data demonstrations, configure connectors and skill files, onboard teams, drive adoption through the day-89 continuation decision, and retain and expand accounts. Identify additional workflows AI can manage, grow client relationships and referrals, and contribute client insights to the company’s shared context layer. The role combines consultative selling, hands-on implementation, customer enablement, analytics, and account growth.
