Own the full client lifecycle for AI engagements: sell through live-data demonstrations, configure connectors and skill files, onboard teams, drive adoption through the day-89 continuation decision, and retain and expand accounts. Identify additional workflows AI can manage, grow client relationships and referrals, and contribute client insights to the company’s shared context layer. The role combines consultative selling, hands-on implementation, customer enablement, analytics, and account growth.

Lead multiple teams in building production quality AI systems, ensuring reliable delivery and effective people management while establishing standards and practices.

The Senior AI Engineer will design and implement personalized agent workflows, memory systems, and evaluate AI agents while collaborating with platform engineering on a proprietary platform.
