Teams at Infinity Communications LLC

Coordinates telecom field operations by entering assignments and completed work, updating Gentrac, OneLink, and customer systems, processing ticket closeouts, verifying documentation, tracking deadlines, and escalating delays. Follows up with field teams and managers to resolve missing information, provides status updates, and supports customer commitments. After training, participates in a rotating five-day on-call schedule as the contact for active deployments.
