Leads North American inside sales and top-of-funnel growth for Industrial IoT and engineering services. Responsibilities include cold outreach, lead-generation campaigns, market research, CRM and funnel management, consultative prospect engagement, client relationship development, team alignment, and sales performance optimization. The role requires strong English communication, North American market knowledge, CRM expertise, and availability during USA working hours.

Lead product strategy and the multiyear roadmap for PlantOS across asset reliability, process intelligence, predictive maintenance, and semi-autonomous operations. Own prioritization, backlog execution, customer discovery, enterprise partnerships, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, AI/ML, Platform, and Customer Success. Hire and develop the product management team, represent product at executive and customer levels, and drive adoption across heavy-industry customers.
