Lead full-cycle GTM for a stablecoin payments API company: source and close multi-million B2B deals, drive activation to first $1M in processed volume, build outbound and CRM systems, own pricing and contracts, develop product-led funnels, and hire/coach the initial GTM team.

As a Senior AML Analyst, you will manage the AML/BSA compliance program, including transaction monitoring, investigations, and reporting for stablecoin payments. You will conduct risk analysis, prepare suspicious activity reports (UARs and SARs), and enhance compliance operational processes.

As a Founding Engineer, you will build and maintain the technical foundation, design systems, implement features, and make technical decisions to ensure scalable product solutions.
