Provide administrative and student-support functions for the Air Force Civilian Associate Degree Program (CADP): coordinate registrations, track student progress, manage communications, serve as first-line student support and basic LMS tech help, prepare reports, and liaise with AU library and registrar systems.

Provide high-level administrative support to DHS executives: manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, draft correspondence and briefing materials, maintain records and SharePoint, track action items, and support office policies and special projects.

Manage development and implementation of federal records management tasks, ensuring compliance with laws and agency requirements. Provide technical guidance, develop SOPs, training, file plans, inventories, disposition schedules, and support records retirement, depository services, limited scanning, and operations in systems like ERA and Info Keeper.
