Provides administrative and clerical support to FAA senior officials, including word processing, spreadsheet management, document control, policy editing, travel coordination, data entry, purchase requests, equipment tracking, correspondence, reporting, and internet research. The role requires managing multiple priorities, communicating with staff, maintaining tracking tools, and supporting administrative and data analysis projects independently or collaboratively.

Manage and account for federal property and resources in accordance with DOD 5000.64. Use DPAS for property accountability, follow OSHA and incident reporting standards, and operate/oversee forklift-certified activities.

Manage development and implementation of federal records program tasks ensuring compliance with federal records laws and agency requirements. Provide technical guidance, develop SOPs, training, file plans, inventories, disposition schedules, and status reports. Oversee records depository/retirement, limited on-site scanning, and support data entry and control in ERA, Info Keeper and archives systems.
