Processes Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act requests at the base or command level using eFOIA, FOIA Xpress, and Microsoft Office. Communicates clearly in writing and verbally, maintains organized records, and applies knowledge of FOIA and the Privacy Act of 1974. Requires a BA or BS degree and at least three years of professional FOIA request-processing experience.

Updates course materials across learning platforms and delivery modalities, compiles end-of-course data, drafts reports, and enters or edits information in government-directed systems. Requires proficiency with learning management systems, collaboration software, content-authoring tools, Microsoft Office, and authorized DoD secure AI platforms. U.S. Air Force experience is preferred.
