Designs, develops, maintains, refactors, and improves high-performance, multithreaded, clustered, mission-critical server-side storage products. Writes code in C++, Python, and Java on Linux, implements product features, and ensures coding standards, quality, and performance. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, independent work, collaboration, and the ability to understand large existing codebases.

Provide operational customer support for enterprise storage products in a 24/7 shift environment. Responsibilities include coordinating on-site customer activities, assisting phone and email inquiries, collaborating with technical and global operations teams, and maintaining internal knowledge bases and workflows. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, customer focus, analytical problem-solving, English fluency, and availability for nights and weekends.

Generate enterprise pipeline through outbound calls, email, and social prospecting. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, and support Account Executives in advancing deals. Partner with Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Systems Engineers on territory and account strategies. Build expertise in Infinidat and Lenovo infrastructure solutions, maintain accurate pipeline data, and improve prospecting processes.
