Lead global L3 enterprise storage technical support teams, own resolution of critical escalations, drive operational excellence and process improvements, partner with R&D and product teams, and provide leadership and resource prioritization to maximize customer outcomes.

Develop and automate complex test scenarios and tools (primarily in Python), design testing infrastructure and plans for large-scale storage systems, participate in product architecture, diagnose race conditions and performance issues, and authorize release sign-off for product quality.
