Drive revenue growth and market penetration for enterprise storage solutions across Rome and South Italy. Identify and close new enterprise accounts, manage complex sales cycles, develop territory plans, respond to tenders, and build relationships with customers, partners, and executives. Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, channel managers, and internal teams to deliver competitive solutions, competitive displacement campaigns, and customer satisfaction. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Leads a scale testing team responsible for validating enterprise storage systems under maximum real-world combinations of features, protocols, capacity, and traffic. Designs and executes large-scale tests, builds customer-representative testbeds, investigates complex system failures, maintains long-running hardware and software environments, and develops testing methodologies, tools, and metrics. The role is approximately 75% hands-on and requires collaboration across performance, systems, interoperability, R&D, product management, and support teams.

Lead a team of 2–8 developers building and maintaining C++ software on Linux in a multithreaded, clustered, performance-oriented server environment. Design and implement new features, improve filesystem I/O performance, maintain and refactor legacy code, and support core storage components. The role also involves technical leadership, team development, and collaboration using Scrum and Agile practices.
