Supervise raw material laboratory quality technicians, coordinate equipment calibration, monitor laboratory compliance, and ensure testing and records meet required standards. Develop quality procedures, analyze test data, communicate quality expectations, and collaborate with plant, operations, material science, and product development teams on failure investigations and process improvements. The role also supports technician hiring, training, performance reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Manually sort recycled plastics and remove unsuitable material before grinding and further processing. Maintain safety and PPE compliance, assist with preventive maintenance, operate forklifts properly, maintain housekeeping, report unsafe conditions or injuries, and complete required training. The role requires physical labor, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving for extended shifts, working in temperature extremes, and flexibility to work 40 or more hours and weekends.

Leads enterprise application and business transformation initiatives, beginning with the Tacton CPQ implementation and expanding to CRM consolidation and enterprise project management software. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgeting, risk and dependency management, vendor accountability, business process improvement, testing, deployment, change management, adoption, and benefits realization. The role partners with executives, business teams, IT, vendors, and consultants to deliver measurable business outcomes.
