Own Infilla’s Forum and Calculator products, improving search quality, daily adoption, configurability, and onboarding across jurisdictions. The Product Manager will conduct research, use analytics, prioritize features, write specifications, collaborate with design and engineering, ship AI-enabled capabilities, train users, and drive adoption. This role independently manages multiple products, works with government stakeholders, and represents the company in customer conversations.

Own the development and launch of Inspections and Code Enforcement products for Infilla’s permitting platform. The Product Manager will conduct field research, prioritize roadmaps, collaborate with design and engineering, ship AI-enabled mobile products, manage government stakeholders, train users, drive adoption, and lead products from concept through launch with high urgency and independence.

Own Infilla’s Forum, Calculator, and Application Forms products end-to-end, from user research and specification through shipping, measurement, and iteration. The role involves extensive AI-tool usage, rapid 0-to-1 product development, usability testing, discovery of future products, and close collaboration with engineering, design, government stakeholders, and customers. The PM will independently prioritize multiple product areas and drive clear, data-informed decisions in an early-stage startup.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales for public-sector customers: build pipeline, run structured discovery, multi-thread deals, navigate procurement and political processes, develop close plans, and codify a repeatable go-to-market motion alongside the CEO. Use AI to accelerate research and proposal work.

Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and adoption. Define scope, priorities, owners, risks, and success measures for ambiguous engagements; build trust with government stakeholders; understand permitting workflows and configure the product to each municipality’s needs. Lead training, manage concurrent implementations, develop runbooks and migration standards, and create a repeatable implementation program that delivers measurable permitting outcomes.
