Lead APAC talent acquisition for Inferact, owning end-to-end searches for engineering and AI infrastructure roles. Build pipelines, source Mandarin-speaking technical candidates, manage offers and onboarding, and support local people operations in Singapore.

Lead 0-to-1 product and brand design for Inferact and vLLM: create visual identity, high-impact launch assets, and developer-facing product UX. Establish design systems, collaborate with founders and engineers, and iterate on web surfaces, internal tooling, and enterprise product interfaces.
