Leads corporate partnership and fundraising strategies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, healthcare technology, and related organizations. Manages partner cultivation, solicitation, negotiation, stewardship, sponsorships, advisory boards, strategic alliances, revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, compliance, and impact reporting. Supervises one Development Specialist and collaborates with Foundation leadership, volunteers, board members, and external stakeholders to secure and grow five- and six-figure partnerships supporting education, research, workforce development, and public health initiatives.
