Provide production support for payment processing applications: manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, automate repetitive tasks, maintain runbooks, communicate with stakeholders, participate in on-call and rotational weekend/holiday support, and collaborate on releases and process improvements.

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, implement integrations, resolve issues, and maintain best practices within the Salesforce platform.

Lead analysis and mapping of business and IT processes, run feasibility studies, elicit and document requirements as user stories and use cases, act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams, and support application development and implementation across the project lifecycle.
