Ensure stability, availability, performance, and security of production applications and infrastructure. Collaborate across teams to embed operational requirements, implement observability and automation, support incident/problem/change management, contribute to IaC and CI/CD, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Agile, DevOps, SRE, and ITSM principles.

Drive execution of cybersecurity strategy through governance, control assessments, compliance tracking, executive reporting, KPI dashboarding, and automation. Liaise with IT, Security, Risk and business stakeholders to validate controls, track remediation, implement Power BI/Power Platform solutions, and apply AI/LLM to improve program efficiency and reporting.

Provide 24/7 production support for critical Java applications on cloud/Kubernetes/OpenShift. Manage incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, maintain observability, execute deployments and changes via CI/CD, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, and maintain documentation and runbooks.
