Designs and manages scalable infrastructure using Nomad and Kubernetes, develops CI/CD pipelines, monitors and optimizes systems, automates tasks, and applies Linux security hardening. The role supports enterprise authentication and access integration, troubleshoots infrastructure issues, ensures security compliance, and collaborates with development, operations, and security teams.

Provide first-line IT support to international users through phone, tickets, and chat. Log, prioritize, diagnose, resolve, and escalate incidents while meeting SLAs. Follow up on tickets, document troubleshooting, update knowledge bases, and support process improvements. The role requires multilingual communication, remote computer support, Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge, ticketing-system experience, basic ITSM understanding, and strong customer service skills.

Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements for customer-facing web and mobile applications. Create user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog refinement, support estimation and planning, ensure requirement traceability and testability, coordinate with UX/UI designers, and collaborate with product, development, and architecture teams throughout implementation and testing.
