Manage global supplier quality from supplier selection through serial and spare-parts production. Lead the Supplier Quality Engineering team, oversee APQP, PPAP, audits, FMEA, risk assessments, process analysis, supplier development, claims management, and production readiness. Drive quality improvements, cost reductions, change management, and supply availability while coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Extensive travel to supplier and manufacturing sites is required.

Lead dealer network development across the region: recruit and establish dealerships, enforce brand compliance, evaluate dealer performance, conduct due diligence, and align dealer strategy with commercial and aftersales objectives while liaising with internal stakeholders.

Lead and improve the supplier risk management framework, maintain a consolidated risk portfolio, identify emerging risks and interdependencies, coordinate cross-functional risk assessments, quantify financial exposure, run deep dives and scenario analyses, lead troubleshooting during critical risk events, and deliver decision-oriented risk reporting to senior management.
