Provide regional technical aftersales support for vehicles, conduct root-cause analysis, assist repairs, coach retailers and workshops, liaise with suppliers and head office, drive continuous improvement, and support fleet and special events.

Lead dealer network development across the region: recruit and establish dealerships, manage performance and brand compliance, conduct due diligence, analyze dealer metrics, and align dealer strategy with commercial and aftersales initiatives.

Drive and operationalize supplier risk management across the organization: maintain a consolidated risk portfolio, identify emerging risks, lead cross-functional assessments, perform scenario analyses and financial exposure reporting, and provide decision-oriented risk reporting and leadership during critical situations.
