Manage the on-site workplace experience for a major client, serving as the hospitality and operations leader. Responsibilities include concierge services, employee onboarding, facility operations, vendor management, inventory and budget oversight, daily food and beverage programs, office supplies, and employee events and engagement activations. The role requires polished communication, independent problem-solving, hands-on service, and the ability to maintain an elevated, professional workplace environment.

Manage the full lifecycle of meeting and event bookings, including lead handling, sales, site tours, logistics, room setups, day-of execution, client follow-up, and rebooking. Maintain booking pipelines, vendor relationships, amenity inventory, marketing collateral, revenue tracking, and post-event surveys. Ensure spaces are prepared, resolve issues professionally, support building stakeholders, and deliver consistent hospitality standards.

Leads tenant community programming and building communications, including event calendars, budgets, vendors, tenant app content, signage, newsletters, and engagement reporting. Oversees amenity inventory and presentation, tenant onboarding, relationship-building, sentiment surveys, and service standards. Manages direct reports, supports leasing teams, resolves tenant issues, and develops programs that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
