Oversee daily operations of a 25-acre disaster-response facility and approximately 200 mobile assets. Responsibilities include fleet readiness, preventive maintenance, facility upkeep, deployment coordination, team supervision, vendor and parts management, cost control, safety, compliance, and asset-system reporting. The manager will establish structured processes, maintain deployment readiness, coordinate transportation, and lead mobilization activities while operating hands-on across shops, yards, and storage areas.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare materials and reports, handle confidential information, draft communications, track action items, and support project logistics and process improvements to maximize executives' time and effectiveness.
