Drive revenue and margin growth across assigned territory by developing customer relationships, generating qualified opportunities, presenting technical solutions in networking, wireless, automation and IoT, coordinating internal resources, and managing sales processes including quotes and order support.

The role involves providing Level 1 technical support for customers, focusing on troubleshooting network-related issues, issue triage, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Drive expansion into target verticals by building executive relationships, creating strategic partnerships, generating new-logo opportunities, coordinating with sales/technical teams, managing CRM pipeline, and representing the company at industry events to grow recurring revenue.
