Teams at Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM)

Designs, tests, certifies, and improves low- and medium-voltage electrical power distribution products. Leads new product development projects from concept through production, creates drawings, 3D models, bills of material, and test plans, coordinates NRTL evaluations, analyzes test results and failures, and applies design-for-manufacturability principles. The role collaborates with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, sales, and laboratory teams and requires up to 20% travel for testing and product development activities.

Designs 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings for medium-voltage power distribution products. Maintains bills of materials, validates manufacturability and compliance, participates in design reviews, and collaborates with engineers, manufacturing teams, and plant personnel. Provides technical support during manufacturing and installation while helping improve drafting standards, documentation, and design workflows.

Leads daily electrical testing operations, supervises test technicians and leads, and ensures safe, compliant, and efficient product testing. Oversees Hi-Pot, Megger, relay, functional, current injection, and system validation testing. Drives troubleshooting, root cause analysis, test procedure development, equipment readiness, performance metrics, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, production, quality, and customers during factory witness testing while maintaining safety, quality, throughput, and schedule adherence.
