Teams at Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM)

Leads learning and workforce development for a new manufacturing facility, including onboarding, technical training, competency certification, LMS administration, and continuous improvement. Builds and manages a team of Manufacturing Training Specialists, coordinates rapid hiring and training programs, and develops partnerships with workforce boards, community organizations, and colleges. Designs learning solutions, facilitates training, tracks workforce and learning metrics, and collaborates with operations, safety, quality, HR, and senior leadership.

Lead supply chain programs and teams across planning, scheduling, capacity management, demand planning, inventory, materials flow, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, value stream mapping, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and production schedule adherence in a manufacturing environment. Analyze performance data, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure timely delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.

Develops and maintains manufacturing schedules based on customer orders, material availability, capacity, and production priorities. Coordinates with production, fabrication, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, and customer service teams to manage schedule changes, bottlenecks, delays, and expedited orders. Uses ERP/MRP tools, preferably INFOR, to monitor production and improve delivery performance. Supports lean manufacturing initiatives, process improvements, capacity planning, and accurate production reporting.
