Oversee a ~1,500-unit multifamily portfolio in Southwest Houston, providing leadership and operational oversight to onsite teams. Drive occupancy, revenue and NOI through budgeting, leasing, marketing, and rehab projects. Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct inspections, manage escalated resident issues, and lead hiring, training, and performance of property staff while maintaining community relations.

Designs, delivers, and measures training programs and onboarding across the organization; develops instructional materials; supports leadership development and Train-the-Trainer initiatives; tracks training metrics and maintains records; implements learning technologies and provides local in-person coaching.

Develop and execute digital and community marketing for multifamily properties: create social content, support advertising and websites, coordinate photo/video shoots, analyze performance and lead sources, assist campaigns to increase occupancy and retention, and support events and foundation initiatives.
