Conduct research and development of power inverters, including power circuits, control algorithms, and protection systems. Test and troubleshoot control PCBs and power circuits, work independently, and use electrical engineering principles involving circuits, semiconductors, microcontrollers, FPGA, and control systems. The role is fully on-site in an industrial plant and requires worldwide travel, PPE use, a valid driver’s license, and completion of drug testing and background checks.

The Controller leads accounting and finance functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, banking, controls, and close activities. The role advises executive leadership, supports manufacturing cost and profitability analysis, manages financial planning and KPIs, improves systems and processes, and supervises the finance organization. It requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, analytical judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.
