Develop and maintain web applications, enhancements, scripts, and technical documentation. Analyze, test, debug, and support applications using established procedures. Perform data quality checks, analyze and remediate data anomalies, collaborate with application and infrastructure teams, and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support. The role also contributes to systems and business analysis, process improvements, and complex project implementation.

Build high-performance, distributed software for a transaction risk management and fraud prevention platform. Develop scalable applications that detect fraudulent transactions, phishing, and robotic activity; support risk investigators through intuitive user interfaces; and work with machine learning, statistical modeling, big data, cloud computing, messaging systems, and relational databases. Collaborate with users, technical teams, and management on requirements, architecture, product features, and technical solutions.

Lead software testing, verification, and validation for medical-device software projects. Collaborate with developers and testers, define testing strategies, ensure coverage, manage and execute test cases, support automation, track quality metrics, and promote early Agile testing. Perform mobile, web, server, cloud, database, white-box, and black-box testing while supporting FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, privacy, and security compliance.
