Supports the inVision Foundation Director by managing schedules, travel, communications, meetings, documents, correspondence, and task tracking. Prepares reports and decision materials, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, monitors assignments and deadlines, maintains confidential records, and improves administrative processes. The role requires Russian and English proficiency, strong organization, discretion, multitasking, and experience supporting senior management.

Monitor the moderation system, block users who violate service rules, remove inappropriate content, track problematic orders in Google Sheets, compile censorship word lists, and label datasets. The role requires native Arabic, preferably B1 English, confident PC skills, and strong cultural awareness.

Owns an HRIS functional domain across multiple countries, translating HR requirements into system configurations, specifications, data mappings, integrations, UAT, documentation, and training. The role leads process workshops, gap analysis, migration activities, and vendor collaboration, then remains the long-term subject matter expert responsible for issue resolution, process evolution, and post-go-live adoption.
