Own the performance management framework across three partner-owned darkstore businesses: design KPIs and scorecards, set and negotiate targets with partner CEOs, standardize reporting, run monthly/quarterly reporting and reconciliation with Finance, and prepare board-ready partner performance reviews and narratives for the VP of Groceries.

Lead launch and scale of the Darkstores vertical in a new Southeast Asian market. Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborate with Product and CRM on in-app placements and user journeys, design offline and on-ground branding, partner with local teams, run experiments, track performance, and define the brand presence.
