Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on rotating equipment and mechanical systems. Diagnose problems using measuring tools and testing instruments; dismantle, rebuild, and replace parts; maintain inventory and SAP records; support safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities; work onsite including elevated and confined spaces with potential overtime.

Maintain and enhance process control applications for assigned units. Develop, modify, and tune control strategies and multi-variable controllers. Support PLCs, DCS, safety instrumented systems, alarm management, PSM/LOPA/PHA activities, operator training, and project FATs to improve safety, quality, production, and energy performance.

Lead process engineering for one home unit and support multiple sites. Define and implement capital and non-capital projects, mentor engineers, develop PFDs/P&IDs, drive plant optimization, ensure process safety (HAZOP/LOPA/PSSR), and support long-term capital planning and EHS compliance.
