Develops and executes social media content and strategy for political campaigns and advocacy initiatives across multiple platforms. Owns daily content production, scheduling, community engagement, YouTube management, and amplification of local actions. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, supports digital and research projects, and produces impact and social activity reports. The role also assists with video production, leadership content, and issue-related communications.

Leads approximately five organizing staff across multiple states, providing coaching, performance management, mentorship, and accountability. Oversees field strategies, campaign execution, strategic turf plans, and cross-department initiatives. Develops innovative organizing programs, monitors metrics, solves complex problems, and helps improve organizational strategy. Builds inclusive, equitable team culture and relationships across diverse communities while supporting grassroots and grasstops organizing efforts.
