Lead commercial strategy and field engagement for a defined territory to grow brand access and sales. Build relationships with key account stakeholders, support field teams on acquisition/reimbursement issues, analyze data to inform strategy, develop territory business plans, and represent the brand across internal and external stakeholders. Travel-heavy role supporting hospitals, OTPs, and integrated health systems while ensuring compliance and operational alignment.
