The role supports profitability, maintains a customer-centric culture, manages costs, and ensures employees and customers experience a welcoming, safe environment.

Manages enterprise talent programs, including performance enablement, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, career development, and employee engagement. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify capability needs, analyze talent data, improve organizational readiness, implement scalable practices, manage vendors, and lead cross-functional talent projects. Tracks adoption, outcomes, and continuous improvement while supporting Indigo’s broader talent strategy.
