Support daily store operations including inventory counts, shelving, receiving merchandise, merchandising, and customer engagement. Create a welcoming, safe shopping experience, respond to customer feedback, and contribute ideas to improve employee and customer experience. Flexible schedule and physical ability to work on the sales floor and lift up to 40 lbs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering empathetic, solution-focused support across channels. Provide product recommendations, document interactions, escalate and follow through on issues, collaborate to improve experience, support daily operations, and participate in onboarding and continuous learning to represent the brand effectively.

Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and omni-channel sales. Drive sales, analyze performance, execute events and merchandising, manage inventory/returns, ensure health and safety compliance, and develop employee engagement, training, and performance.
