Translate visual merchandising priorities into store-level execution to drive inventory accuracy, product availability, merchandising, promotions, and profitability. Lead and coach product/visual operations teams, optimize inventory routines (MyCount, Reportal), maintain loss prevention and safety, support labour planning, recruit and develop staff, and ensure consistent brand presentation and customer-centric experiences.

Provide friendly, customer-focused service on the sales floor, support daily store operations (inventory, merchandising, receiving), create welcoming displays, handle returns, assist customers, follow safety procedures, work flexible schedules, and contribute ideas for improving employee and customer experience.
