Provide welcoming, customer-focused service by engaging shoppers, curating product selections, and telling product stories. Support store operations including inventory counts, receiving and replenishing merchandise, merchandising/visual standards, returns processing, and safety. Respond to customer feedback, work flexible schedules, lift up to 40 lbs, and contribute ideas and coaching to improve employee and customer experiences.

Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences by engaging customers, curating product collections, merchandising, conducting inventory cycle counts, receiving and processing merchandise, shelving, managing returns, and supporting store operations. Maintain safety, respond to feedback, and contribute ideas to improve employee and customer experiences. Flexible schedule and occasional early-morning or overnight shifts may be required.
