Leads in-store customer experience execution, coaching employees, driving sales and loyalty results, supporting omni-channel services, managing customer-facing programs, and ensuring compliance with cash handling, operational, safety, and service standards. Partners with store leadership to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, product availability, and operational readiness.

Supports daily store operations, including inventory counts, stocking, merchandise processing, returns, shelving, and visual merchandising. Creates welcoming customer experiences by engaging shoppers, recommending products, sharing product stories, and curating collections. Responds to feedback, supports health and safety, contributes improvement ideas, and works flexibly across early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights when required.

Partners with retail leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession, engagement, compensation, investigations, organizational change, and HR program execution. Provides strategic guidance across regional client groups, ensures compliance with Canadian employment legislation and collective agreements, uses people analytics to inform decisions, and collaborates with HR Centres of Excellence to improve scalable people processes.
