The Coordinator collaborates with merchandising, creative, editorial, translation, marketing, and digital product teams to deliver accurate, on-brand site experiences on schedule.

Leads enterprise talent development programs, including performance enablement, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, career development, and employee engagement. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify capability needs, analyze talent data, improve organizational readiness, and implement scalable talent practices. Manages cross-functional projects, vendors, communications, adoption, measures of success, and continuous program improvement.

Manages Indigo’s enterprise strategic planning process, including planning calendars, leadership facilitation, strategic materials, balanced scorecards, and performance reporting. Leads cross-functional process redesign using sociotechnical systems methodology, identifying opportunities for automation, AI enablement, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement. Partners with executives, process owners, and subject matter experts to implement improvements and measure benefits. Manages and develops a Process Redesign Analyst.
