Own architecture, governance, security, cost management, integrations, and ongoing operations. The role also establishes reusable standards, mentors technical staff, and manages projects from discovery through production.

Leads enterprise AWS migration and modernization programs from discovery and dependency assessment through architecture, provisioning, migration, cutover, stabilization, and Day-2 operations. Designs AWS infrastructure across compute, Kubernetes, databases, networking, security, IAM, and monitoring. Develops workload disposition strategies, database migration plans, landing zones, and infrastructure automation. Provides technical leadership across application, infrastructure, DevOps, and security workstreams while engaging customer executives and resolving risks and dependencies.

Leads multiple complex, client-facing software development engagements from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities include Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, requirements gathering, sprint and capacity management, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, distributed team leadership, project manager coaching, and support for SOW scoping and estimation. The role requires hands-on delivery leadership within an enterprise IT consulting environment, including Microsoft ecosystem projects and technology integration initiatives.
