Processes accounts payable, vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, check batches, and vendor statement reconciliations. Maintains vendor records, resolves discrepancies, supports cash-flow planning and collections, applies customer payments, manages billing cycles, and handles account applications and documentation. The role also partners with managers and customers to resolve account issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve accounting and operational processes.

Manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple dealership locations, lead technology projects, maintain IT controls and security, and oversee identity access through Okta. The role manages vendors, patching, infrastructure, technology lifecycle planning, documentation, employee IT support, and digital initiatives. It partners with executives, dealership leaders, OEMs, and security teams to deliver reliable, secure, scalable technology services.

Manages dealership finance and insurance operations by securing lender approvals, preparing compliant paperwork, collecting funds, maintaining F&I records and forms, submitting contracts, reporting finance performance, training sales staff, and building relationships with customers and lenders. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, math, communication, leadership, and regulatory compliance skills.
