Manage regional fleet operations across local depots, including vehicle availability, in-fleeting and de-fleeting, spare-parts stock, logistics coordination, supplier relationships, vehicle interventions, operating costs, expansion projects, and KPI tracking. The role supports local teams, improves fleet quality and utilization, and ensures consistent operational execution and customer satisfaction.

Supervise and perform daily rental depot operations, including vehicle check-in and check-out, documentation, system updates, cleaning, maintenance coordination, fleet readiness, KPI tracking, ancillary sales, shift allocation, and new-hire onboarding. Conduct basic RV and van inspections, escalate technical issues, control costs, and prepare vehicles for sales appointments. The role requires hands-on physical work, customer service, weekend and peak-period flexibility, and Category B driving eligibility.

Leads daily operations across 2–3 campervan depots and 300–450 vehicles. Manages supervisors, staffing, scheduling, labor costs, KPIs, safety, compliance, vehicle readiness, customer escalations, and operational improvements. Travels frequently between depots, supports frontline teams, implements district initiatives, and serves as the escalation point for critical issues. Requires weekend and holiday availability during peak periods.
