Coordinate fleet logistics across multiple locations, including vehicle movements, fleet availability, asset management, supplier procurement, partner relationships, stock control, and operational support. Monitor costs and KPIs, assist with vehicle interventions and troubleshooting, support regional expansion, implement process improvements, and enable data-driven operational decisions while collaborating with local teams and external logistics partners.

Provides front-office customer service for campervan rentals, including guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, vehicle explanations, and upselling extras. Supports back-office operations by aligning reservations with available vehicles, preparing campers and kits, monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, checking vehicle quality, and identifying maintenance needs. The internship also involves troubleshooting operational issues and developing skills in guest relations, logistics, supplies management, organization, and time management.

Supervise daily rental depot operations, coordinating check-in, check-out, documentation, fleet cleaning, maintenance, readiness, KPI tracking, customer service, and ancillary sales. Assign team tasks, support onboarding, control costs, conduct basic RV and van checks, escalate technical issues, and prepare vehicles for sales appointments. The role is highly hands-on and requires physical work, flexible scheduling, and a Category B driving license.
