Manage daily operations of a city campervan depot, lead and develop the local team, oversee fleet turnaround and vehicle readiness, control depot costs, track KPIs, ensure SOP compliance, and support hands-on repairs and high-volume operational periods.

Manage and support a regional team of Operations Analysts to execute operational strategy, ensure SOP compliance, drive KPIs (customer satisfaction, ancillary availability, efficiency), lead supplier management and procurement, oversee depot projects and process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional reporting and field operations.

Lead and run daily depot operations for campervan rentals with a 70-80% hands-on focus: manage check-in/out, vehicle readiness, basic mechanical checks, KPI tracking, value-based ancillary sales, shift coordination, onboarding, accurate fleet status updates, escalation of complex issues, and depot cost control.
