Build, maintain, and optimize data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines supporting ticketing, sales, marketing, fan engagement, and analytics. Integrate NFL and third-party data into Snowflake and Azure, develop modeled datasets, monitor data quality and ingestion, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and document schemas and workflows. The role also supports privacy, consent, data governance, and cybersecurity controls while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. This is a full-time, onsite position in Indianapolis.

Leads the Indianapolis Colts’ ticketing strategy, technology roadmap, platform governance, inventory and manifest management, vendor relationships, parking strategy, financial controls, compliance, and operational transformation. Partners across analytics, technology, finance, sales, marketing, stadium operations, and external ticketing providers to improve scalability, fan experience, platform adoption, reporting, and revenue enablement. Oversees major technology evaluations, migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives while supporting all home games and stadium events.

Administer ticketing platforms, configure events and inventory, execute ticket fulfillment, support gameday operations, maintain reporting and compliance documentation, troubleshoot hardware and system issues, and assist with technology upgrades, implementations, migrations, and training documentation.
