Manage IUAA accounting operations, financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, transaction review, and compliance with GAAP and Foundation policies. Coordinate the annual audit and Form 990/990-T filings, prepare audit schedules, oversee billing and cost-sharing, and serve as a liaison between IUAA and IUF Finance. Supervise and mentor an accounting team member while communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines.

Safeguard alumni and donor data quality by writing and refining SQL queries, batch-editing and analyzing data, troubleshooting automated feeds, documenting scripts and configurations, and resolving issues with stakeholders. The role also supports cross-functional projects and translates technical information for nontechnical colleagues.

Leads Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy, operations, and a team of three professionals. Oversees email marketing, digital journeys, personalization, SMS, integrations, segmentation, compliance, and campaign optimization. Partners with fundraising, alumni, marketing, IT, and data teams to create scalable processes and solutions. Provides hands-on technical guidance while developing staff, managing cross-functional initiatives, improving organizational capabilities, and advancing digital engagement for alumni and donors.
