Validate and improve CRM data quality by writing and refining intermediate SQL, reviewing automated batch results, troubleshooting data issues, automating manual processes, testing and documenting system changes, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure accurate downstream reporting and analytics.

Lead fundraising strategy and major gift cultivation for the School of Education. Partner with the Dean and campus leaders to build transformational philanthropic support, manage and inspire a development team, foster cross-campus collaboration, and secure principal gifts for initiatives like a Center for Education Innovation and autism/neurodiversity research.

Support the VP for Advancement and Indianapolis & Regional Development team by coordinating fundraising projects, creating presentations and donor materials, planning meetings and events, tracking timelines, identifying process improvements, conducting research for fundraising, and collaborating with university and foundation partners.
