Support Affinity Giving programs through communications, volunteer engagement, event coordination, and administrative tasks. Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, assist with events, campaigns, and donor stewardship, maintain records, process gifts and invoices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance philanthropic engagement.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice President and two Associate VPs: manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, materials, donor/prospect records, expenses, communications, and confidential information while supporting leadership initiatives and regional development staff.

Develop and edit marketing and fundraising content across web, email, social, print, video, and events. Partner with strategists, designers, project managers, and campus partners to create audience-tailored messaging that supports engagement and fundraising goals, aligns with brand voice, and uses performance data to inform content strategy.
