Develop and maintain integrations and data pipelines connecting CRM, commerce, and data platforms. Design and support APIs, ETL/ELT processes, automation workflows, logging/error handling, and cloud-based data solutions. Troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, document solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and test reliable, secure integrations.

Develop and edit marketing and fundraising content across web, email, social, print, video, and events. Partner with strategists, designers, project managers, and campus partners to create audience-tailored messaging that supports engagement and fundraising goals, aligns with brand voice, and uses performance data to inform content strategy.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to the VP of Marketing & Communications: manage complex calendars, meetings, events, budgets, expenses, and office organization; draft reports, presentations, and communications; coordinate retreats, conferences, and team-building; and drive special projects from concept to completion while handling confidential information with discretion.
