Volunteer sworn reserve deputies perform patrol duties with full law enforcement authority, provide court security and special event coverage, complete a 600-hour Reserve Academy and FTO program, work a minimum of 24 hours/month, and attend monthly meetings.

Serve as Project Engineer for the County Surveyor: design and manage drainage, stormwater, and reconstruction projects; prepare plans, specifications, bid documents and reports; supervise staff and consultants; coordinate with agencies and the public; manage MS4/stormwater programs and ensure regulatory compliance during design and construction.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for Veterans' Services: answer phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, perform data entry, maintain confidential client records, prepare reports and mailings, distribute veteran benefit materials, and assist staff and the public.
