Welcomes and assists patients, manages check-in and check-out, schedules appointments, confirms visits, verifies insurance, updates records, prepares charts and physician schedules, collects payments, coordinates patient flow, maintains confidentiality, and supports a clean, organized outpatient medical office.

Review, negotiate, and manage professional contracts (provider employment, medical, insurance). Draft and revise agreements, track negotiation status and deadlines, ensure compliance, maintain contract records, serve as Privacy Officer, and collaborate with executive leadership and Corporate Counsel.

Greet and check in patients, verify/update records and insurance, prepare charts and physician schedules, collect payments, schedule appointments, manage waiting area, and maintain confidentiality and cleanliness in an outpatient clinical setting.
