Lead and manage nursing services for Assisted Living and Independent Living, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, policy development, care plan oversight, emergency response, infection control, and cross-department collaboration.

Provide nursing staff development and infection prevention leadership for a long-term care campus: coordinate CNA classes and staff education, develop nursing policies and orientation, implement infection prevention and control programs (including antibiotic stewardship), lead IPC and QAPI committees, conduct surveillance and reporting, oversee high-risk care practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain required certifications.
