Leads university-wide adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation, and analytics across academic and administrative operations. Manages intelligent-operations pilots from concept through implementation, evaluates vendors and technology risks, maintains AI governance and data-flow inventories, develops dashboards and metrics, supports compliance, and guides cross-functional process improvement and change management. The role partners with IT, academic, administrative, and institutional leaders to scale responsible technology solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and stakeholder experiences.

Build and manage regional employer, workforce, and community partnerships supporting applied AI projects, workforce development, corporate training, and industry engagement. Identify emerging workforce needs, coordinate employer activities, support training agreements, monitor partnership outcomes, and expand participation in AI-focused education initiatives. The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with responsibility for representing Indiana Tech across the region and connecting organizations to AI readiness and talent-development programs.

Leads university-wide curriculum design and AI integration, establishing standards, workflows, quality processes, accessibility reviews, and scalable course-redesign practices. Supervises curriculum, learning design, and learning technology teams; partners with faculty and academic leaders to translate instructional goals into AI-enabled learning experiences. Oversees innovation evaluation, curriculum metrics, accreditation alignment, professional development, and grant-related initiatives.
