Teams at Index Exchange

Manage and develop a team of Account Managers while owning key agency and marketer partnerships. Provide strategic, data-driven guidance on the Index Exchange platform, support new business, grow programmatic deals, forecast revenue, and track performance against targets. The role requires strong stakeholder management, client communication, program management, and expertise in digital media and programmatic advertising.

Monitor production alerts across a global advertising exchange, triage and investigate incidents, follow runbooks, escalate issues, facilitate incident response, and provide after-hours first response. Maintain NOC dashboards and documentation, coordinate vendor maintenance notifications, communicate handovers, and make mitigation decisions during independent 24/7 shifts. The role requires Linux proficiency, observability expertise, networking fundamentals, strong written communication, and comfort working onsite in Bangalore, including weekends and holidays.

Provide technical support and account management for small and mid-size publishers. Assist with publisher onboarding, integrations, configuration changes, troubleshooting, and optimization. Manage client cases through Salesforce, document progress, communicate with clients, and support business reviews. Use tools including Looker and Confluence while building expertise in ad technology, products, and operational processes. Contribute to internal documentation and collaborate with sales, account management, development, and marketing teams.
