Conduct advanced research and analysis of Medicaid and CHIP data using statistical methods, predictive modeling, data mining, and qualitative research. Develop analytic products, dashboards, reports, visualizations, and technical deliverables that support CMS policy, operations, oversight, and health outcomes. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, clients, and technical teams in an agile environment while leading research projects and translating complex findings for diverse audiences.

Designs, implements, and supports DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure. Establishes Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, configuration management, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance controls. Provides security engineering guidance, supports assessments and penetration testing, ensures quality and delivery standards, and advises teams on DevSecOps tools and best practices. Requires independent execution, technical leadership, and documentation across development and operations lifecycles.

Designs, automates, secures, and maintains AWS cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines for federal clients. The role develops infrastructure as code, supports containerized workloads, implements monitoring and observability, integrates security scanning, troubleshoots production issues, and improves DevSecOps practices. It partners with application, data, security, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining operational reliability, documentation, and runbooks.
