Leads the overall operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality resident care, staffing, budgeting, performance improvement, survey readiness, risk management, and resident and family satisfaction. Supervises managers and staff, coordinates interdisciplinary services, addresses incidents and complaints, supports recruitment and training, and serves as the facility representative. Requires availability beyond normal hours, including weekends, holidays, and emergency call-backs.
