Owns strategic partner accounts and serves as a trusted advisor to drive retention, customer acquisition, premium growth, and market expansion. Develops partnership business plans, manages executive relationships, monitors performance, identifies growth opportunities, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, conducts business reviews, manages risks, resolves issues, and presents strategic recommendations to leadership. Requires strong relationship management, business development, analytical, communication, negotiation, and insurance industry skills.

Lead global merchant acquiring and payment acceptance strategy and operations. Own onboarding, KYC/KYB, fraud, disputes/chargebacks, vendor management, risk governance, controls, settlement/reconciliation, reporting, and cross-functional partnership to ensure compliant, scalable, and profitable payments.

Monitors U.S. and Canadian payroll compliance, regulations, tax filings, audits, controls, and employee pay accuracy. Investigates exceptions, manages corrective actions, supports SOX and regulatory audits, and coordinates payroll compliance for acquisitions and new entities. Maintains procedures, governance documentation, dashboards, and reporting while partnering with Legal, Finance, HR, vendors, and leadership to improve controls, reduce risk, and support payroll technology and transformation initiatives.
