Lead month-end, quarter-end, and annual close; maintain GL and balance sheet integrity; manage insurance accounting for premiums, claims, reserves, reinsurance, and carrier reporting; improve financial systems using Dynamics 365 F&O; maintain internal controls and compliance; support audits; partner cross-functionally; and lead and develop an accounting team focused on process improvement and automation.

Lead accounting operations and a reporting team to improve AP, intercompany, investment, and banking workflows; drive reporting automation, controls, and UAT for system integrations; partner with FP&A, Procurement, IT, and external auditors; manage statutory and management reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and close processes while scaling processes and metrics across the organization.

Provide advanced onsite and enterprise L2/L3 end-user support, manage office AV and IT infrastructure for Chicago HQ, support executives, enforce ITIL/SLA processes, manage software asset records in ServiceNow, coordinate MSP/vendor escalations, and lead endpoint/AV deployment projects.
