Prospect, build pipeline, close enterprise employer group deals with brokers and benefit platforms, coordinate onboarding with Implementation, support RFP responses, represent the company at events, and maintain product, pricing and compliance knowledge to grow the Employee Benefits channel.

Lead finance, regulatory, and reporting for the Canadian branch of a U.S. insurance company: manage OSFI filings, IFRS 17 and US GAAP alignment, provincial compliance, GL and month-end processes, actuarial coordination, audits, controls, and cross-border collaboration to support growth and governance.

Lead end-to-end UX research to inform product strategy for PetPlace's digital products. Plan and run generative and evaluative studies, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, create artifacts (reports, journey maps, prototypes), partner with product/design/engineering, scale research operations, and advocate for user-centered decision-making across the organization.
